Zintkala Luta Win (Little Red Bird) Eiring, a Range Ecologist who works with Buffalo herd caretakers on conservation planning. She is a member of the Oglala Lakota Tribe.

Janét Moore is a soil expert and Assistant Range Ecologist from Washington. She works with Buffalo herd caretakers on implementing conservation planning and soil sampling.

Rachel Hunter, Business Manager, is a member of the Oglala Lakota Nation.
